New Blog Post—It may feel like hospitality is on hold, but Mr. HGF and I spend plenty of date nights taste-testing dishes for our future guests. I recently created a colorful, flavorful charcuterie board filled with @RothCheese — made in Wisconsin with milk from local family farms.

Each label has serving and pairing ideas, so it’s easy to get the most out of each bite. Start with Dill Havarti, Horseradish Havarti, 3 Chile Pepper Gouda, Jalapeño Havarti or Original Van Gogh Gouda Cheese.

The main dish of our night was a delicious bowl of my quarantine linguine made with the creamy, nutty-flavored Roth Grand Cru Alpine-Style Cheese.
