Happy girls are the prettiest

A HANDFUL OF HAPPINESS!!  I’m sure some may be thinking,  is it really that  simple?  I often hear once I get a soul mate, my dream job, that designer wardrobe, travel. (you fill in the blanks)  then I will be happy.  I often think of how sad it must be to wait on happiness.  Even before my dream job, my car, my home I had vision.  I visualized myself having a happy life—not on what I did not have.  I surrounded myself around people who wanted the same things that I wanted in life.  You see it is impossible to be happy if the people in your life do not support your vision.  Try new things and always challenge yourself to grow.  Never stop learning…. it could be a new hobby, learning a different language or simply doing something that you have always wanted to do.

Don’t be afraid to be silly.  Laugh a lot…. amazing how laughter makes you happy.

Hobbies are a great way to break the routine.  If you don’t have a hobby just think of something that you have always wanted to learn or do.    I love my photography hobby… something about having that camera in my hand that makes me happy.

If you find yourself surrounded by negativity, don’t be afraid to remove negative people from your life.  Dwelling on, or being in the midst of negativity only brings unhappiness.  Also, if you are negative remind yourself to break the cycle of negative thoughts and think positively.  Embrace life, laugh, be silly, be “foxy”  and remember happy girls are the prettiest!
