We’re all drawn to a certain style of clothing. Maybe it’s our decades-long profession that has shaped our personal style. Perhaps it’s based on comfort level. Consider your season of life, too.
Regardless, we can all quickly tell you about our dominant fashion persona. Yes, as versatile women, we are often switching to different styles of clothes (maybe sporty styles for a trip to the gym or grocery store and then a black dress for a major business dinner with a client), but your closest friends know that you will always stay true to your style.
Your personal style is your go-to outfit. It doesn’t require questions or doubts, it’s comfortable (which means different things for each woman), and you can’t wear this type of style without glowing with confidence. Your style is often one that has stayed with you for a long time. You may have updated it with some new trends, but the foundation is the same.
Which style defines you?
Trendy
You don’t miss a beat – or a magazine or a blog post. If there’s a new trend, you’re on it! Most likely, you’re a walking example of the new trend. It’s a delicate dance, but you love a challenge. It’s invigorating to try out something new, even though you may only wear it once or twice.
Classic
You love simple and timeless pieces, and often your outfits resemble a business-like style. The pieces that you own have been your go-to choices for years, and you have not been disappointed. Neutral colors make you happy, and you love crisp and tailored outfits.
Natural
Keep it simple. Keep it comfortable. You look fabulous, of course, but your clothes aren’t as tailored as a classic style. In fact, they’re more loose-fitting, but they still have structure. You enjoy the relaxed and fabulous look while wearing clothes that are comfortable for many different occasions. This natural feel applies to your makeup, too.
Dramatic
You make a fashion statement when you enter the room. Structured styles and a fit that is just right set the tone. If you have accessories, as we know you will, they will be bold in color and stand out from your outfit. Like you, your outfits are bold, direct and confident.
Romantic
Ruffles. Ruffles. Ruffles. Oh, don’t forget about lace and other feminine details. You love soft colors, soft fabrics, and jewelry with a romantic twist. Loose drapes define this style, and this softens the look.
Sporty
This style doesn’t need much explanation. The fun thing about this style is that you may or may not be heading to the gym. Active wear is vibrant, colorful and has become a personal style for many women. Don’t forget that this relaxed style doesn’t have to mean Spandex. It can mean loose-fitting pants and a fun and comfortable shirt.
Once you’ve picked your style, be bold and confident with your outfit choices! Why? Your personal style is made just for you.
